Neada Muçaj breaks silence about leaving Top Channel, implies that the 'fight' was sparked

Neada Muçaj has spoken for the first time about her departure from Top Channel, an event that at the time was accompanied by a lot of fuss and hints of a conflict with her colleague in "Wake Up", Enxhi Nasufi. Invited to "X-Press", the moderator gave her version of what really happened behind the cameras.

To begin with, Neada stated that the way the situation unfolded was not fair and that many things have not been clarified publicly:

"Considering the whole situation, the way things happened, I think it's not a way to disconnect a person or take them away from the things they love, because a lot of things haven't been talked about and haven't been clarified."

She added that she did not like the situation and implied that it was created with the intention of being part of a very popular format, whose name, although Neada did not mention, from the context she understands that it is probably "Big Brother VIP Albania":

"I didn't like the situation at all and its purpose was definitely for me to become part of a very popular format. So, it was the best possible offer for me."

Speaking about the news that circulated in the media about a physical confrontation with Enxhi Nasufi, Neada denied it, emphasizing that it is not of a conflictive nature:

"There is nothing true behind those titles, I am not a person who gets into conflicts at work. There are people who want to go through life like that, through different scenarios, and I found myself without my wish. It was a surprise to me, to be honest."

However, she admitted that there had been a slight moment of tension during the broadcast:

"There was a small provocation, which happened during a commercial break when we were on air."

In the end, she emphasized that the situation was deliberately exaggerated to create media hype:

"There wasn't a physical fight, but it's the only way you can make noise and, as long as the noise sells, go ahead, give it a go, give it a go."

Her statements come after a period when the network was engulfed by news of a physical altercation between her and Enxhi Nasufi, which were previously denied by the "Wake Up" staff themselves. Despite this, a part of the public remained skeptical and continued to believe that something had happened behind the cameras.

Even Enxhi Nasufi, in a later interview, described this news as untrue, emphasizing that it was an exaggeration and that this is one of the costs of being a public figure.
