If you like sweet but not too sweet desserts, this recipe is for you! Find the ingredients for 1 person below, but if you want to increase the amount just double, triple the ingredients and so on.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon + a little lemon peel (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon seeds " poppy "or chia etc (optional)
- Butter for greasing the pan
Step 1: Preheat the oven to about 176 degrees (350 Fahrenheit).
Step 2: In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
Step 3: Mix until completely combined.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Mix well.
Step 5: Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir constantly.
Step 6: Butter a bowl and place the dough there.
Step 7: Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
