The Committee of Experts during the last communication announced the new changes regarding the anti-Covid-19 measures. Silva Bino, the head of the IPH said that in almost all municipalities of the country there has been a decrease in the incidence. According to her, such a decrease in the number of positive cases has never been seen since the beginning of the pandemic.
"The positivity has reached below 5 percent. A very important moment. We have not had any such low positives regarding the number of tests we are doing. We have a decrease in virus circulation in the country. Reduce the incidence of death. "Nevertheless, we still have deaths and people with Covid in hospitals."
Having said that, the Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu announced the new measures: the abolition of the 14-day quarantine for those coming from Greece and Macedonia and the opening of university auditoriums.
"The situation is under control. Based on this, the Committee had a meeting today. It re-evaluated the measures and made an assessment of the situation in Macedonia and Greece. In two weeks there is a reduction, so it was decided to lift the quarantine for these two countries. "University auditors will also be allowed to open only for the consultation process and the exam season."
Regarding the time band, the minister added that the current one will remain in force, from 6: 00-22: 00 until a second moment.
