Kim is one of those moms who hides in the bathroom to hide from the kids

Every parent needs a few quiet moments, and Kim Kardashian is no exception. In the last episode of the reality show "The Kardashians", the founder of Skims tried to hide from the children she has with her ex-husband, Kanye West, daughters North and Chicago West, as well as sons Saint and Psalm West.

"I'm a single mother of four and it's not very easy," she said. "I almost feel like my kids have me on their radar for everything and know where I am and what I'm doing every moment of the day," she said.

At one point, Kim admitted she was trying to do a virtual interview when her kids started banging on her door, forcing her to lock herself in the bathroom, which she described as a real nightmare. Kim says that she is trying to fight for disciplining the children, while her sister Khloe is the one who is known as the stricter parent.

"I want to be more strict, like Khloe, but I don't know why I have a hard time saying: "No!" "They know how to manipulate me when they start crying, so I give in and give them my iPad and phone just to make them stop!" Kardashian continued.

Despite her willingness to give her children everything they want, Kim admitted that parenting takes a heavy emotional toll on her.

"To say that parenting is easy and never takes an emotional toll would be a lie," she said.

This isn't the first time the reality star has spoken about parenting struggles. When she appeared on Jay Shetty's On Purpose podcast last year, she was asked how the reality of parenthood differs from her expectations before having children.

"When you're a mother, especially when they're babies and you're feeding them...Yeah, it's crazy. Cooking, running, myself and everything else is a wild race," she said at the time, adding: "It's the cutest chaos though."

“Parenting is really hard. That's the only way I can describe it. It's the most rewarding job in the world, but there's nothing that can prepare you for this chapter because you're just never prepared for the challenges," Kardashian concluded.
