An eight-year-old boy giving his thoughts on toys on a YouTube channel has been announced as the highest paid on the platform by Forbes. Ryan Kaji, whose channel Ryan's World has 22.9 million followers, earned $ 26 million through 2019, $ 4 million more than in 2018. This is the highest figure anyone has accumulated through YouTube videos.
Ryan became famous for videos unpacking gifts and commenting in front of the camera.
Another minor, five-year-old Anastasia Radzinskaya, came in third, with $ 18 million. Russian-born Radzinskaya appears in the video with her father. According to Forbes, it has 107 million followers across seven channels and all of its videos have been viewed 42 billion times.
Dude Perfect, a group of five friends playing sports, came in second, with profits of $ 20 million.
PewDiePie, once top of the list, came in seventh, with $ 13 million.
