Michael Jackson's production company has asked a court to reject an unreasonable request by Robson and James Safechuck to access intimate photographs of the deceased's genitals.
MJJ Productions stated that the highly sensitive documents have already been sealed by the Santa Barbara Superior Court from being opened again and according to them, the violation of this decision for such intimate material is unprecedented.
According to the request made by Robson and James Safechuck, the materials in question were obtained in 1993 at the same time as the allegations of sexual abuse against minors.
Jackson's lawyers are convinced that there is no legitimate reason to comply with the plaintiffs' request. People who have accused Jackson of sexual abuse are convinced that the intimate material will help develop their case.
We recall that Robson filed a lawsuit against Jackson in 2013, while Safechuck, a year later. Both also appeared in the documentary dedicated to Michael Jackson's sexual abuse, "Leaving Neverland".
