Feeling anxious in the morning is more common than you think, and in fact, there are some specific reasons why it occurs:

In the morning, the cortisol hormone increases

Morning anxiety can also be caused by increased cortisone levels. It is quite normal, but if you are a person who often encounters anxiety or stress, it can turn into a challenging problem.

Sleeping habits

Sleep routine is also very important. Some studies say that Monday mornings are stressful for some people and this exposes them to feelings of anxiety and panic attacks, as they may have a busy week ahead of them, or they may have overindulged in alcohol at the weekend. Drink a glass of water before going to sleep, make sure you do your work when you're in the office and not outside, and get enough sleep.

Bypassing mental health

If you suffer from anxiety often, breakfast and dinner can find you in difficult situations. Dreams, nightmares, stress and the very anxiety attacks you experience during the day can be present in the morning as well. If the situation becomes unbearable, contact an expert.

What can you do to reduce morning anxiety?

Doing breathing exercises, taking a deep breath through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. Do the exercise several times and focus on breathing.
