
The singer has undergone a change in her body in recent months and this has not prevented her from sharing the transformation and the secret to this change virtually with others. Katy Perry has lost 20 kilograms by giving up sugar and processed foods, while she has started working out regularly with her fiance, Orlando Bloom.
In a post on Instagram, she detailed her daily regimen, along with a few little secrets on her diet and lifestyle. The "Roar" singer revealed that she consumes several eggs a day, choosing a protein-rich food over other unhealthy options.
"I eat a lot of hard-boiled eggs because they're a great source of protein," she said as she stood in front of a table full of delicacies. During the video, Katy is seen cracking a hard-boiled egg on her forehead as she sits in a chair and does her hair and makeup.

Katy tries to follow Orlando's example by eating healthy foods like chicken or fish and lots of fruits, vegetables and nuts. Following the details she gives in the video, the artist said that she always starts with a glass of water and apple cider vinegar, followed by a glass of celery juice. The other meals of the day are all healthy, starting with salads, grilled chicken, pasta twice a week and lots of fruit.
