Kate Middleton met some families involved in Tiny Happy People - the new BBC Education platform that provides support for parents of children aged 0-4 - and for her outing chose a polka-dots dress from her favorite stylist British, Emilia Wickstead.
The dress is below the knee length and creates a typical royal silhouette.
According to Google Trends (via WhoWhatWear), over the past five years, "polka-dots" have peaked in July 2019. In fact, polka-dots are not something new, rather it is a trend that goes away and with the approval of the Duchess, we will come back to it again.
