A few years ago, one of the most common skin care routines was the "10 Korean steps", but nowadays, one of the most mentioned trends, especially in South Korea, is the minimalist routine.
Also known as flexible minimalism, this routine focuses on clean and simple product lines. These products are low in ingredients, simple and really work due to the high concentration of the "hero" ingredient.
The minimalist routine, by the name itself, contains few products:
1. SPF , 365 days of the year.
2. Moisturizer , depending on skin type.
3. Vitamina C dhe Retinoli
4. Washing
Once or twice a week: Exfoliation and mask
Retinol was the most searched word on Google during 2020, referring to skin care.
What it does: Vitamin A derivative, prevents collagen depletion, encourages skin cell circulation and prevents wrinkles.
For what skin type: Safe for all skin types, but mostly for someone who wants to prevent the signs of aging.
How to use: Use once a day before bed, increasing doses after the skin is accustomed.
Additional Information: Retinol can be irritating and cause redness and dryness at first. As it increases the sensitivity to the sun, use SPF every day.
