Xumi's (long-distance) love for Egli seemed to never end...until Pandora's box shook the "foundations" of this one-sided romance. Egli had only one chance to turn Xumi into an enemy and he didn't waste it. A head-to-head nomination has replaced Xumi's surprises with back-to-back debates.
Love gave way to drama, and the drama is getting more and more interesting. Egli and Gjesti have been back in Xumi's "target" since Saturday, and it's still not clear if it's jealousy or a last-ditch effort to avoid nomination.
After a series of discussions, Egli claimed that Xumi did not respect him at any point and accused him of being a joke.
"You didn't just show respect, you showed who you really are. You got clues about what was going on and my word had zero value to you. You only wanted to know what each 'prize' was. You never once asked what embarrassment you caused me."
Xumi, as you might guess, has denied manipulating situations for attention, even claiming that he has distanced himself from Egli out of respect for her choice.
But this was not enough.
Xumi continued the debate, revealing the reason why he joined "BBVA", and no, it's not to turn off the lights. He confessed that he would donate 60% of the grand prize to charity, while 40% to cure his mother who suffers from cancer.
This statement touched Eglin, who said that if "BBVA" wins, she will give him the percentage of the money that Xumi would give to his mother.
She also added that these situations cannot be used for play, giving an example from herself.
Egli has said that her father is also sick, but she has no intention of using him as a game.
The day dawned again. Egli woke Gjesti with kisses and hugs, while inside Xumi the disappointment of rejection reawakened. While talking to Aldo, he expressed his revolt at Egli's behavior, where the phrase prevailed: "What did I do to him?!"
And amidst a whirlwind of diverse debates, a parachute and roses falling from the sky for Eglin changed the atmosphere, but not the course of the debate.
