Incidents at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence: 20-year-old shot to death

United States Secret Service agents and law enforcement officers shot and killed a gunman after he entered the security perimeter at Mar-a-Lago.

The President and First Lady were in the White House at the time of the incident, while the perpetrator, in his 20s, was carrying a shotgun and a can of fuel.

Initially, two Secret Service agents spotted him and confronted him, ordering him to drop the items he was carrying. He dropped the gas can but raised his rifle to a firing position, so in this situation, the agents opened fire, killing him.

The causes of this incident are not yet clear, but the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is leading the investigation, with teams collecting evidence and investigating the perpetrator's past and possible motives.

The agency has urged area residents to check security cameras on their properties and contact authorities if they notice any suspicious activity.
