1. Buy shoes in the morning
If you think the time you go out shopping has nothing to do with the wrong purchase, think again. During the day your legs tend to swell, so if you buy new shoes in the morning you'll likely buy them smaller/tighter than you need.
2. You don't know the kind of leg you have
It's very important to know your type of foot to choose the most comfortable shoes for you. A trick to discover more easily is to dip your foot in the water and then step on a cardboard sheet.
If you see a full footprint leave a mark, you may have flat legs, so it's advisable to buy shoes with a little heels. On the other hand, if you have a very pronounced bow, you will see a hole in the center of the footprint, meaning it is better to choose shoes that provide more base. If the track center is only half full, it means you have a normal leg.
3. Wear the same pairs of shoes all the time.
We all have a very favorite pair of shoes that we never want to take off our feet, but no matter how comfortable they are, it doesn't mean you have to wear them all the time. This is not related to style more than to the fact that changing shoes gives feet the opportunity to breathe freely.
4. Buying shoes without considering their material
When buying shoes, think more about the quality of the material than about their beauty. They must be water resistant, fresh material, and soft skin for the foot to stay comfortable during the day.
5. Try just one shoe
There are never two things the same in our bodies. It's normal for one leg to be bigger/smaller than the other, so before you make a purchase make sure to wear both shoes and walk a little.
6. Wear long-lasting shapka or flat shoes
They look like the perfect choice for wine, but they're not recommended to dress for too long. By wearing only flat you change the way you walk and this in the long term can cause you problems.
