Eva Mendes gave some more clear and understandable reasons why she does not post photos with her partner, Ryan Gosling, and their children.
It all started with a comment on Instagram, where someone told him that he is really hoping that the movie "Barbie" will be nominated for awards, because he wants to see Eva and Ryan on the red carpet.
Eva responded to the comment, expressing gratitude for the nice comment, but also clarifying that she and Ryan don't do these things. "We don't do these things together. The photos I posted, I took because they are already circulating (referring to the photos he posted for their 10th anniversary, on the set of the movie "The Place Beyond the Pines", where the couple met).
Then, he added: "Wait, for those who will say that I'm "lying" - we were once on the red carpet together, when he promoted the film."

Also, Eva clarified that: "By "I don't feel comfortable", I mean that (I don't want to) expose my very private life, which I value. Anyway, I'm dying to do another film with him."
So we won't have photos of Eva and Ryan from the red carpet for the movie "Barbie".
It is not the first time that Eva emphasizes such a decision. In 2020, Eva responded to another fan who asked her why she doesn't post pictures of the kids and Ryan and she commented, “Hi! I have always had a clear boundary when it comes to my husband and children. I talk about them, of course, but with limits and I won't post photos from my daily life. While my children are still very young, I don't understand what it means to post pictures of them, since I don't have the children's approval. I will not post pictures of children until they are old enough to give me approval. As far as Ryan is concerned, that's how it works for us, to stay private."
It all makes sense actually. Anyway, we'd love to see them on the red carpet again.
