Finding your social circle can be difficult, especially as an adult. Making new friends is a challenge in itself, but finding a group of people who fit together as personalities is a whole other level.
Alyssa Ferreone, a New York-based lawyer and model, recently shared her "formula" for the perfect group of friends in a TikTok video. According to her, each woman in the group has a unique and irreplaceable role, and when these types of women come together, fun is guaranteed.
1. The VP of Procurement
This is the friend who is always on the go, always looking for the next adventure. She knows everyone, from DJs to bodyguards to event planners. With this friend by her side, "you don't pay for food, you don't pay for drinks, everything is taken care of," says Ferreone.
In short, she's like Samantha Jones in "Sex and the City." She usually has the energy of a Fire or Air sign and is essential to a balanced group.
2. The Chief Logistics Operator (CLO)
"While the VP of procurement is the one who sets the mood, she's not the organizer," explains Ferreone. That role belongs to the CLO, or as they're commonly known, the "mom buddy."
She takes care of every detail: when we should leave, how we should dress, who hasn't eaten yet, how much who has drunk. Without her, the girls' trip would never make it out of the WhatsApp group. She books the tickets, finds the hotels, and shares the rooms, an unseen but indispensable heroine.
3. The Creative Director
This is the one with the aesthetic eye. She plans the outfits, decides how the photos will look, how the food and drinks will be arranged so that everything looks perfect for Instagram.
When taking photos, she's the one who helps you look your best: "Move your leg, turn your head a little..." – every detail counts. In other words, she makes every moment look like it's from a fashion show.
4. The Delusion Affirmation Coordinator
Every social group needs a good dose of self-confidence, and this friend is the main "motivator." She's the friend who inspires you endlessly and gives you positive energy.
"She convinces everyone that they are the most wonderful in the world," Ferreone says with humor, adding: "She doesn't plan, she doesn't direct, but she is always present and convinced that every night will be the most beautiful of your life."
5. The Distributor of Chaos
Also known as the "unexpected plot twist," this is the one that always breaks the script in the most entertaining way possible. It carries the energy of signs like Aries, Aquarius, or Sagittarius.
"She always does it for fun, not with malicious intent," Ferreone says.
She is the most loyal of the group, ready to fight for her friends, while organizing adventures that will be remembered for years.
