Brad Pitt has said he would be open to working with his co-star Tom Cruise again, but only on one condition.
In a new interview with E! News, Pitt first revealed that he and Cruise raced go-karts together after filming "Interview With the Vampire" in 1994, emphasizing that the pair have a very good relationship.
But when the reporter asked what it would take to see the two in a movie together again, Pitt explained his one rule.
"I don't want to be hanging out in the air, clinging to some helicopter, or anything like that, so we'll work together when he does something practical again," he said with humor.
Tom Cruise has expressed his appreciation for Brad Pitt's latest film, "F1," calling it very well done.
"F1" director Joseph Kosinski also directed the 2022 film "Top Gun: Maverick," starring Tom Cruise, which earned $1.5 billion, making it the biggest success of Cruise's career to date.
On the other hand, there has been no shortage of comparisons between the two actors. Graham Kelly, the vehicle manager at "F1", was a little more direct about what would have happened if Cruise had starred in the film instead of Pitt.
"We would have arguments. Tom takes the scene to the limit. So, really to the limit. It scares me," he said. "Whereas Brad listens and knows his capabilities, so I think sometimes he's like, 'Yeah, I'm not going to do this scene.'"
