Besa Kokëdhima, invited virtually through a Skype connection, spoke to "Wake Up", recounting some details from the performance that is expected to electrify the Eurovision stage in Malmö, Sweden. Besa represents Albania with the song "Titan". The artist has revealed some of the surprises of the second night of the semi-finals, which will take place on May 9.
Besa expressed that she is filled with different emotions and commitments:
"I am super ready, full of emotions, many commitments, concerts. We have a lot of work. I think we are ready and we hope to make a very decent performance. Today we have the dress rehearsal, they are the last two rehearsals that are considered the dress rehearsals. They are the last ones before tomorrow's performance. The atmosphere between artists and delegations this year looks very nice. It is a very strong race this year. We have a WhatsApp group that we write constantly", the singer said.
Further, regarding her expectations from this exciting evening, Besa said:
"Most of the strongest songs are the evening that is me. There is one more competitor tonight, making the road more difficult. There are 16 contestants and most of them are in the second semi-final. The race is fiercer, they have good songs, they are strong states. I sing second, at the beginning of the evening. Usually, these early evenings are statistically considered not very good spaces for the probability of qualification. But I don't take this into consideration in this respect."
Besa also gave some details about the clothes and said that no one has seen the clothes yet: “No one has seen the clothes yet. We wanted to mislead the fans. It's a different set of clothes. Finally, the fans will have the opportunity to see it."
