
Netflix has announced that it will publish the Korean remake of its well-known Spanish crime drama, "Money Heist".
The broadcasting giant shared a 43-second trailer for "Money Heist: Korea - Joint Economic Area" , which revealed that the new series will premiere on June 24.
"Money Heist" (known in Spanish as "La Casa de Papel") ended last year after five seasons. The series captivated audiences across the globe and became one of the most successful after its debut in 2017.
The new Korean version, directed by Kim Hong-sun, is expected to follow a plot similar to the original.

Instead of the Salvador Dali mask used in "Money Heist", the new show uses a traditional Korean Hahoetal mask. The introductory video starts with one that says "
"A robber who steals small money is killed or ends up in prison. But a robber who steals on a massive scale can change the world and even become a hero. Of all the thefts that exist, we will do the biggest!"
