The show of Danish brand Ganni, which took place on the first day of Paris Fashion Week, highlighted two trends: XL bags and ballerinas, which seem to remain on the list of most favorite shoes for another season.
However, Ganni's take on the classic '00s shoe is different from the versions we're used to seeing. The brand's new viral ballerina features crisscross laces that cover almost the entire top of the foot. In addition to classic black and brown hues, they're also available in crystal-embellished denim, a leopard print, or red leather.
On the cobblestone streets of Paris, girls mostly chose the black version, pairing it with short black socks that matched perfectly with the lace details.
