An attack resulted in five casualties and two wounding occurred yesterday in the newspaper "Capital Gazette" in Maryland, United States of America.
An armed person entered the newspaper office and started shooting all the employees in turn. Some tried to hide behind the work tables, while others could not escape the fatal shocks. Aggregator Jarrod W. Ramos, 38, has acted alone and still does not know the cause of the attack.
The newspaper is owned by the Baltimore Sun media group, which is why police have also ordered to check and secure the premises of the latter.
"Capital Gazette" is a daily newspaper print in Annapolis, Maryland, while its sister newspaper "Maryland Gazette" is one of the oldest in America.
