Supermodel Ashley Graham became a mother for the first time in January 2020, when she gave birth to a baby named Isaac.
Today, 1 year later, the 33-year-old talks about her experience with pregnancy and motherhood, including the anxiety that accompanied her during this period.
"I think getting back to the previous state after giving birth is difficult. It's not something that happens to most women. I have accepted this and embraced my new body," says Ashley, adding that more the process itself birth, trauma to her was hair loss.
"It was about 4 months after the birth. All the hair around my forehead fell out and for me it was a trauma. More than the birth of the boy himself! I did not know what to do because my hair was just falling out! Then I realized that it is something is happening. "
The model says that she has promised to show her true part on social networks, where about 13 million people follow her.
"I like to share with them every aspect of my life. I do not want to keep secret how I am taking care of my body, mental health or diet. Even during pregnancy I wanted other women to know that there was nothing wrong with moving the body just like before the sweet reception. "
