How much is Elon Musk's freedom worth? Can you set a price? If you do not, a teenager has a figure.
The CEO of Tesla and SpaceX tried to reach an agreement with a teenager in the United States who created a "bot" on Twitter that tracks the location of Musk's private jet and posts real-time location updates. A "bot" is an autonomous program on the Internet or other network that can interact with systems or users.
After discovering the @ElonJet program, Musk sent a message to 19-year-old Jack Sweeney, asking, “Can you remove this? It's a security risk, "Protocol reports.

"Yes, I can, but it will cost you a [Tesla car] Model 3," the teenager replied. After exchanging a few messages, Musk offered the teen a deal.
"How about $ 5,000 for this account and generally to make it harder for crazy people to track me down?" wrote Musk.
Sweeney tried his luck and asked for 50 thousand dollars. "It would be a great support for the college and it would probably enable me to buy a car, maybe even a Model 3," he replied.
Musk, the world's richest man with a net worth of $ 269 billion, said he would consider the offer, but concluded by saying he "does not feel entitled to pay" for it.
Sweeney told Business Insider that he revealed the face publicly in the hope that negotiations would reopen. "I did a lot of work for this and 5 thousand dollars is not enough…", he said that he would delete the account in exchange for an internship with Musk.

At the moment, he has not yet received an answer. The teen is not just following Musk. He also has accounts that track the flying movements of tech billionaires Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates.
