International media have declared Joe Biden as the winner of the US presidential election.
"Joe Biden will be the 46th president of the United States, after the victory in Pennsylvania", writes CNN.
So the news came after the Pennsylvania vote, which pushed Biden to the top in that state with over 30,000 votes.

Some media outlets, including CNN, have not yet mentioned Arizona, showing the current electoral count as 273, but nevertheless, with or without Arizona, Biden has surpassed the 270 electoral votes needed to win the presidency.
