After the launch of "California", the Tv Klan's Instagram page wrote in comments that "Xing with Ermal" would be back in January 2020, but apparently things have changed since Mamaqi has no plans to return to television. At least not soon.
In an interview with Soirée on Wednesday night, he said:
"Now no sooner, [I don't think back to television]. I was in a very difficult time to choose, an important moment when I made the decision. But when I looked back, I saw that I had done 6 years of shows including Digitalbin, and had done 248 shows, '6 days without Ermal' and 'Xing with Ermal'.
Subsequently, Mamaqi noted that there was an "extraordinary consumption of his character", so he "decided to devote himself to cinematography".
?It was a tremendous consumption of my character, but also of everything that happens there. Not everything is worth it or remains, so I decided to devote myself to cinematography. My next step will be another movie. I have some ideas, some stories. I'm still looking for the best story. "
