After months of wiretaps and investigations by Tirana police and prosecutors, Hermes Nikaj was arrested for prostitution, however, other details have been revealed regarding his case.
Albanians.com reports that Hermes Nikaj is being investigated not only for prostitution exploitation but also for his own prostitution. It is said that among other things, Nikaj was involved in group sex.
He and a 47-year-old (also a suspect) were arrested Saturday evening on the premises of a hotel on the Tirana-Durres highway. Along with them, the owner of an aesthetic center in Tirana and another man have also been arrested.
According to current investigations, it is suspected that Zogu of Tirana played the role of manager by providing girls and women with various clients interested in having paid sex.
The group reportedly sent girls to various hotels and apartments, and used them in nightclubs.
Nikaj also owns an aesthetic center in the capital, but it is not yet known whether it was used for prostitution or not.
