The royal couple's trip to Africa also brought a documentary dedicated to their experience there. There, Meghan Markle has rarely spoken about feelings of motherhood and all the negative pressure recently received by the media.
"Every woman, especially when she's pregnant, becomes very sensitive. That has made this period even more challenging. Then comes the baby, you know. Then you're all the time trying to be between a young mother or a wife. Thank you for asking me because not many people have asked me if I was okay or not after having a boy .. But what happens behind the scenes is something very real that you have to go through. "
Although the answer was heartbreaking enough, the journalist goes on to ask if it has really been such a challenge that it has made her feel unwell.
Without thinking long, Markle responds with "YES"!
ITV's @tombradby spoke to Meghan as she gained exclusive access to the royal couple as they toured Africa for 10 days with their son Archie.

This documentary was shot just before Prince Harry confirmed he would sue some of the British tabloids for all they wrote about his wife, adding that she could no longer stand as a "silent witness to her suffering".
