If you are not reading this article from home, it means that you are not one of the 60 million people who view this date as a complete day and refuse to move out of the house with the idea that something bad may happen to them. Various studies have shown that "Fridays of fever" is one of the most widespread superstitions in the world, at the same time one of the most discussed.

How was the belief that when Friday falls on the 13th of the month it is all right? The discussion is open. Some believe it is related to the day Christ was crucified, while others refer to the day King Philip IV executed hundreds of knights participating in Jerusalem's crusades.
Other forums and online articles cite other cases where tragedy or similar events have taken place on this day, which have turned this day into a day of horror:
- a cyclone hit Bangladesh and India causing 500,000 casualties on November 13, 1970
- During World War II, the Nazis hit the Buvkingam Palace with 5 bombs on September 13, 1940.
- Tupac passed away on September 13, 1996.
- A 13-year-old died when he was hit by a road in England at 1:13 pm on August 13, 2010.
The Friday 13th phobia is known as Paraskevidekatriaphobia and is a combination of two phobias: the 13th phobia and the Friday phobia. With regard to the number 13, it is one of the most widespread superstitions that the 13th floor is not marked widely in the palaces. The same is true with planes where there are no seats number 13. In some cases, people refuse to travel on this date and the planes depart almost empty.
There are times when such a date is repeated twice in one year and very rarely three. However - not very good news for superstitions - it can never happen that a year doesn't have a Friday the 13th.
Good luck!
