Sunscreen, like any other off-the-shelf product, expires after a specified and specified period.
Even if you bought the most expensive, the best one around, the cream will still expire and experts say that after the marked date, the product is no longer functional even if you continue to use it.
If the product does not have an expiration date, the manufacturer must clinically prove that the cream lasts for three years, after that date it will be considered worthless anyway.
