Do not wait until you have made the perfect report to submit. Do not devalue your idea without giving it yet. Keep your fears to yourself.

We may be able to do many things, but on the other hand we may find it impossible to do them depending on our physical, mental, or emotional ability. A family problem can not be neglected just to send an email.

Make clear in your mind such divisions to understand in time to what extent the sacrifice is worth it.

Which means make well-thought-out moves before leaving one job for another. Just because you look "different" does not mean it is better.
5. "Remind yourself that no job is worth your mental health and happiness."
Maintain a balance between work and life. The moment you focus only on one, something will not go well.

The pandemic has left a kind of trauma on everyone, making us feel confused, unmotivated, scared, insecure and anxious. Don't ask yourself "why am I feeling this way" as you are not alone.
