Every morning, 104-year-old Vivian Levy takes a taxi and goes for a 45-minute swimming session.
She exercises using her back and swims with a small group of her peers.
When asked how she stays motivated to exercise even on days she doesn't feel like it, Vivian replied that this concept doesn't exist in her mind. "I get up every day and go swimming. I've been working out my whole life,” Vivian tells Today.
Born in 1919, Vivian has been swimming since she was 6 years old. "It's good exercise and I just enjoy it. I like water,” she says.
Keep moving
In addition to swimming throughout her life, Vivian has enjoyed hiking, biking, and hiking, especially at a younger age. She also played tennis and volleyball.

Don't let health problems hold you back
