Two days ago, Roberto Cavalli, the person, posted some offensive comments in a photo of Italian blogger Chiara Ferragni. Today, Roberto Cavalli, the firm, apologized.

Chiara posted on Instagram Stories a letter sent by Paul Surridge, Roberto Cavalli's Creative Director since May. "When Roberto Cavalli's crater director sends flowers and a letter to apologize for the horrible comments left in my account by Roberto Cavalli," Chiara writes in a photo.
